Meet Steve Borin

Real Estate is Steve’s passion. He views each property, whether it be residential or commercial, as an opportunity for its owners to express themselves and to build wealth by making a smart investment.

Steve started his real estate career 35 years ago when, as a pharmacist, he built a community pharmacy that served Cheyenne for many years. Since then, he has developed multiple residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial properties, as well as restored historic buildings in downtown Cheyenne.

In 2017, he made the decision to join the dynamic real estate brokerage eXp Realty, an agent-owned brokerage. As a licensed real estate agent, Steve brings his clients over three decades of experience developing, building, permitting, selling, and leasing real estate in Cheyenne.

Born in Detroit, he moved to Cheyenne to support his wife’s dream to become a doctor. Together, they’ve nurtured a life with two sons, two daughters, and a strong network of friends in the community. In any down time, Steve spends his time in Medicine Bow National Forest; where he enjoys swimming, fishing, hiking, and sightseeing everything beautiful Wyoming has to offer.

Steve treats clients as friends, offering his vast knowledge and compassion to all. Although he may be a Commercial Developer, his services are never limited to commercial only. Steve offers a helping hand to Residential Buyers, Sellers, and Renters!
